2. Description of Service

Stock Sage provides inventory management software that suggests reorder moments and quantities based on data provided by Shopify merchants.

3. Use of Service

You must provide accurate and complete data to receive accurate suggestions.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to misuse our service, including by attempting to interfere with its proper functioning.

4. Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. You can choose between:

Monthly Billing: Billed every 30 days from the date of subscription.

Annual Billing: Billed once per year, offering a discount compared to the monthly rate.

4.2 Billing and Payment

Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle aligns with Shopify’s billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions will be billed approximately every 30 days, while annual subscriptions will be billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

Payment Method: Payment must be made via the billing system integrated with Shopify. This typically involves using the payment method you have on file with Shopify.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. For annual subscriptions, this means you’ll be charged for another year unless canceled before the annual renewal date.

4.3 Pricing

The price for each subscription plan is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance if this affects your current subscription.

4.4 Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrading: If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan, prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading: Downgrading your plan will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your account settings within the Shopify platform or by contacting our support team.

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no refunds for partial months are available.

Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation during the annual term will not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the year. However, cancellation will prevent further renewals.

4.6 Non-Payment

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service until payment is successfully processed.

4.7 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You’re responsible for paying all such taxes or charges associated with your use of our service.

4.8 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

4.9 Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to modify our payment terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via email or through our service interface, and your continued use of the service post-notification will signify your acceptance of the new terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including any software, algorithms, or data models, are owned by Stock Sage

You retain ownership of your data but grant us the right to use it to provide the service.

6. User Data

We will use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the inventory suggestions provided.

You agree that your use of our service is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions.
